Worth Its Weight in Gold: Saffron

This class will look at the world of saffron, from growing to harvest to cooking.  This remarkable spice is special to the PA Dutch as well as the Middle East cuisine and beyond.  A special thanks to Lucie for not only sharing her saffron with the class (in 2023) but requesting this topic.  I hope those of you who were gifted with some of her saffron have harvested your own.
