The joy of summer is the wealth of produce from our gardens or farm market. To showcase what the growing season brings, our class will look at ways to serve our meals with smaller plates that highlight the bounty of the season. We will address combining ingredients, organizing and keeping preparation simple to allow the foods we serve to shine on their own.
