Holiday Baking

There are some topics that seem to fit so well into the season.  Baking and holidays fall into that category.  This class will address the how-to when working with sweet yeast doughs.  We will look at various ingredients used in baking and focus on what they contribute to the final product.  And as we (and I) have become accustomed, you are invited to bring along a favorite holiday treat, either sweet or savory, to the class for sharing and sampling.  (Please include your recipe so we can share).
