All About Alliums

The world of alliums is filled with the start of many dishes’ base flavors.  We will explore the different alliums, and the ways that they are used from flavoring dishes to the more unique recipes that highlight their delicious nature.  One featured recipe will be Julia Child’s Classic Onion Soup.  One word = Delicious.
